Ahead of the opening of Sperling & Co, Besöksliv interviewed Michael Andersson about the vision behind the restaurant.

“We want to create a modern European steakhouse with the grill at its core. Above all, we will be a meat restaurant focusing on truly great cuts in all forms,” says Michael Andersson.

He also explains how the menu moves between classic cuts and more rare selections, all prepared over open fire. “The grill gives the dishes a natural character and creates an atmosphere that feels both timeless and modern.”
