On October 16, the glass doors to Sperling & Co will open. Our restaurant is deeply rooted in grill tradition but shaped by the present, with the grill as its heart and cuts of meat prepared over open embers. The menu brings together classic dishes and rarer cuts, always with international influences.
“Sperling & Co is our interpretation of a modern grill restaurant. We want to create something that feels timeless, where the grill takes center stage and techniques from different parts of the world meet,” says Michael.
The name is a nod to Sperlingens Backe, marking our strong connection to the neighborhood. The restaurant, designed by Dinell Johansson, spans two floors with dark-stained wood, leather, and timeless elegance, where light flows down through the lantern roof into the dining room, the open kitchen, and the bar.
